Handmade Products
Every scroll is hand-drawn and created with care. Because each product is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.
Custom Orders
Custom scrolls are designed specifically for your child, family, or event based on the information you provide. Please review all names, dates, and custom details carefully before your order is finalized.
Pricing
Product prices are subject to change without notice. Custom orders may vary in price depending on the complexity of the artwork and requested details.
Payment
Payment is required before custom orders begin unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include Venmo and cash for local orders.
Turnaround Time
Most orders are completed within 2–3 weeks. During holidays or busy seasons, turnaround times may be longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Orders can be shipped within the United States or picked up locally in the Columbus, Ohio area. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

All artwork, illustrations, logos, website content, and designs created by SAHM & Scrollin' remain the intellectual property of SAHM & Scrollin' and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
